  1. It will be interesting to see what the US courts do in this case. It isn't uncommon to find foreign manufacturers copying well-known products and selling them for a lesser price. The matter is further complicated by the knock-off products coming from China. Keep us up to date Kelly!

  5. The article is a great find. This can let students know some of the obstacles being faced by manufacturers in the US and why we are seeing many who are unable to compete in the competitive market.

  6. Wonder if it will get to court before the company goes bankrupt? Copyright infringement is a Chinese specialty.
